The Structure of Magic.
Master Practitioner NLP goes beyond learning techniques. It is a deeper exploration of how change actually happens. Change itself can occur in a moment. What often takes time is a person's readiness to leave a familiar world behind, even when that world creates difficulty.
At this level, you learn to respect the purpose behind every behaviour before attempting to change it. NLP is fundamentally the study of how people organise experience through their senses, language, and internal patterns. Through modelling, calibration, presence and precision, you discover how new possibilities and behaviours could be installed with dignity, respect and effectiveness. Fifty years on, even today this work of Bandler and Grinder remains remarkably ahead of its time.
COURSE OVERVIEW
Become A Certified NLP Master Practitioner.
Master Practitioner NLP is where you develop your skills beyond learning techniques and begin understanding the deeper principles that create change. At the Practitioner level, you discover powerful tools and processes. At the Master level, you learn when, why and how to use them with precision.
This training develops your ability to notice subtle patterns, work with greater sensory awareness, and facilitate change that is aligned with a person's values, identity, and ecology. You will explore advanced NLP models including Meta Programmes, Submodalities, Deep Time Line Work, Core Transformation, and Accessing Cues. More importantly, you will learn the art of modelling excellence and installing new behaviours with congruence, respect, and lasting impact.

About Anil - A Note.
I am deeply grateful for the journey that has brought me here and for every person who has been a part of it. What began as a curiosity for understanding the mind has slowly evolved into a lifelong commitment to learning, practicing, and sharing the tools and skills of neuro-linguistics.
I owe much of my foundation to my mentor, Dr. Richard (Dick) McHugh, whose presence shaped not just my work, but the way I experience life. Through him, and through my journey of learning from the co-creators of NLP like John Grinder, Judith DeLozier and Robert Dilts, I have had the privilege of learning from the very source of NLP.
Over the years, I have been fortunate to facilitate learning across countries and work with individuals from diverse walks of life. Each interaction has added depth to my understanding and continues to keep me grounded as a student first.
Through my books, research, podcasts, and training, my intention has always been simple, to share what I have learnt in a way that is real, usable, and meaningful.

The Structure & Syllabus Of NLP Master Practitioner
This level of Certification is for those who want to take NLP beyond learning and into self work, client work or even application. Whether your path is coaching, counselling, training, leadership, teaching, parenting, or research, this programme supports your journey to discover how these skills could become part of the work you already do.
This is a rigorous and immersive learning journey. Alongside live training, there are pre-work modules, reading assignments, supervised practice, assessments, practical demonstrations, and integration projects. The aim is not simply to learn more NLP, but to develop the ability to think, calibrate, and work with greater depth, precision, and congruence in real-world situations.

CERTIFICATION
Master Advanced NLP Methodologies For Coaching, Counselling & Professional Development.
After years of working with people, a pattern becomes increasingly clear. Similar concerns such as anxiety, procrastination, addiction, conflict, or self-doubt can arise from very different internal organisations of experience. Master Practitioner training develops the ability to notice these distinctions through language, physiology, attention, memory, beliefs, time, and sensory representation. As these patterns become observable, intervention becomes more precise, nuanced, and ecological. This level of work calls for curiosity, patience, and careful observation. The emphasis is on modelling excellence, recognising meaningful patterns, and developing the capacity to facilitate change with greater accuracy, congruence, and professional maturity.
COURSE STRUCTURE
What Your Journey Will Look Like
STEP 2
NLP Practitioner's Class Recording
NLP Practitioner's Class Recordings will be provided to support revision, reflection, and continued learning throughout the programme.
STEP 4
Pre-work (Revision & Preparation)
Before the live training begins, you receive approximately 15 hours of preparatory material including videos, audio lessons, reading assignments, and revision exercises. The purpose is to refresh Practitioner concepts and establish a common foundation for the Master Practitioner programme.
STEP 6
Integration Process (Assessments & Viva)
Assessment begins on the first day of training and continues throughout the programme. Participation, attendance, practice sessions, conceptual understanding, and professional conduct all form part of the evaluation process. Participants complete written assignments, practical demonstrations, article submissions, written examinations, and viva assessments conducted under the standards of IJNGP.
STEP 8
Post Course Support
Learning continues beyond certification. Participants retain access to revision resources and become part of a professional learning community where they can continue discussions, seek academic clarification, revisit concepts, and remain connected with fellow practitioners and trainers.
STEP 1
Enrollment & Registration
A short conversation to understand your background, learning goals, and readiness for the programme. This also gives you an opportunity to clarify expectations and determine whether the training is aligned with your current work and interests.
STEP 3
NLP Refresher Class (Online)
The Refresher Class is conducted to reinforce key NLP principles, align learning experiences, and prepare participants for the deeper exploration and advanced applications covered in the Master Practitioner journey.
STEP 5
Live Training
The core training consists of seven intensive days of learning, practice, observation, feedback, and application. Sessions run from 12:00 pm to 10:00 pm and include demonstrations, supervised exercises, case discussions, self-work, and advanced NLP methodologies. The emphasis is on developing greater precision, flexibility, and practical competence.
STEP 7
Certification
Upon successful completion of all training and evaluation requirements, participants are awarded the NLP Master Practitioner Certification. The certificate recognises advanced competency in the application of NLP methodologies and is signed by Judith DeLozier and endorsed through the relevant certification bodies (like ENLP and IJNGP)

Develop greater precision in listening and probing. Learn to recognise linguistic patterns, omissions, assumptions, and meaning structures that shape perception, behaviour, decision-making, and personal experience.
Modeling Excellence
Study how exceptional performance is observed, elicited, and transferred. Learn to identify patterns across cognition, behaviour, physiology, language, and belief systems while recognising the influence of personal history.
4-Tuple & LSIP
Explore how experience is constructed through sensory representation, internal dialogue, physiology, and perception. Learn to track the moment-to-moment organisation of thought, emotion, and behavioural responses.
Belief & Identity Transformation
Examine how values, beliefs, identities, and roles influence behaviour. Learn approaches that support greater flexibility, congruence, choice, and alignment across personal and professional contexts.
Coaching Conversations & Change Processes
Learn to design interventions based on calibration rather than preference. Explore how Time Line processes, integration work, Core Transformation, submodalities, and neurological alignment support meaningful behavioural change.
Integrative Modelling Methodologies
Bring together Time Line processes, Logical Levels, Core Transformation, advanced language patterns, Somatic SCORE, movement, posture, and breath to deepen observation, assessment, and intervention design.
