The Bridge Course is our attempt to bring these tools to the serious student from our fellowship and engage them in the new approaches the subject has to offer.

Vipassana, which means to see things as they really are, is one of India's most ancient techniques of meditation. Combining the tools of Vipassana with NLP, one can create a unique blend of meditation and psychology, thus enhancing human experience.
We often hold on to things of the past as we assume they must be are they are. But it's only a matter of a small mental shift that can change our perception to viewing it differently. Paradigm Shift is that set of tools which enable you to make that shift from A to B, moving from where you currently are to where you want to be.
